To be the first university sports centre in the UK or Ireland to achieve this award - and with a high score, in wonderful, and I want to pay tribute to the great work of Helen Kennedy and her team in making it possible.
From Helen Kennedy said: It's been a real team effort. We are all delighted. We worked hard to get this award, each and every staff member was involved. We are proud that our customer service and all aspects of service have been validated.
