UU Student`s Brush with Art

Adrian with painting of Mussenden Temple
UU student artist Adrian Margey will host an exhibition of his paintings, featuring forty new works depicting the landscape and people of the North Coast.
Paintings by the Kilrea man in the show will include depictions of the Giant's Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Mussenden Temple will feature alongside traditional depictions of quiet days at Ballintoy Harbour and family outings to Whiterock Beach.
Art enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to view his expressive portrayals of traditional musicians complimented by nostalgic glimpse of rural life and characters.
The exhibition takes place from 2-4 December in the Manor House, Bridge Street Kilrea.
Adrian, who is a third year Communication, Advertising and Marketing student at the University, said: "The works displayed at the exhibition represent the culmination of 12 months work so I am keen for as many people to see the exhibition as possible."
