The University's Winter Graduation ceremonies get under way today with an afternoon ceremony at the Jordanstown campus.

Degrees and diplomas will be presented to students from the University’s Jordanstown and Belfast campuses.

Today, students from the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences and the Faculty of Art, Design and the Built Environment will receive awards at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

The honorary degree of Doctor of the University (DUniv)  will be conferred on Mr George Harkness, former Honorary Treasurer of the University, at the afternoon ceremony.

The graduation ceremonies continue tomorrow at the Jordanstown campus.
