Winter Graduations Move To North-West

17th December 2008


The University of Ulster’s Winter Graduation ceremonies move to the North-West today, with an afternoon ceremony held at the Millennium Forum, Londonderry. 

Degrees and diplomas will be presented to students from the Coleraine and Magee campuses at today’s ceremony. 

In the ceremony, students from the Faculty of Arts, the Ulster Business School, the Faculty of Computing and Engineering, and the Faculty of Social Sciences receive awards at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

Two special awards will also be conferred: 

Distinguished Business Fellowship:
Professor Dolores O’Reilly, Head of Department, International Business 

Distinguished Community Fellowship:
Suzanne Martin, School of Health Sciences 

Graduation continues tomorrow at the Millennium Forum with two ceremonies.
